One of the most requested trips of the season.
Leaving São Miguel do Gostoso and heading east, we come into the beaches of Touros: Monte Alegre, which has shallow pools at low tide, then São José, full of rock and cliffs, and then a stop at the Lagoa do Sal dunes for sandboarding. If you want the adrenaline, say so to your driver: he is ready to give you that drop in the stomach on the way down. We carry on along Cajueiro beach, the Calcanhar Lighthouse, the second tallest in Latin America, then Touros, and finally Perobas, where there are beach huts and restaurants for every taste. If you want to dive at the parrachos, book ahead, because places are limited.
