That's why the tours and the properties share one site. It isn't diversification. It's one path, and we walk both halves of it with you.
Polianee Oliveira
She is the broker responsible for the portfolio. She lives in São Miguel do Gostoso, meets people in person, and knows the houses from the inside rather than from a listing photo. Ask her whether the veranda gets afternoon sun and she can answer, because she has stood there at that hour.

A partner at Gostosense, he runs the tour operation and the relationships with the guides who take people to the beaches, the dunes and the lagoons.

Where to find us
The office is at Avenida dos Arrecifes, 1030B, Centro, São Miguel do Gostoso/RN. You can walk here from almost anywhere in the village, and the map is on the contact page.
How we work
- If we haven't seen a property ourselves, we say so. Photos and measurements come from the listing, and we tell you when the location hasn't been checked on the map yet.
- The price is the published price, and when it changes we change it here. Nobody gets a different number for looking like they have more money.
- Tours depend on tide and wind. When the day isn't good, we move it instead of going out anyway.
